New Pacific Rim Action Figures
By Kyle Anderson on June 17, 2013
If you’re at all like us here at Nerdist, you spent your childhood thinking about elaborate scenarios wherein giant robots could battle against enormous monsters. Come on, admit it. This is why we’re positive you had a brain meltdown when you heard about Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim, which has exactly that stuff going on. But, we further know (because we’re not so different, you and I) that you wish you could stage your own version of these fights at home when no one’s around. Lucky for you, there’s a whole line of Pacific Rim action figures now for you to enjoy mightily.
NECA has unveiled the first series of three 7″ figures from the movie. There are two jaegers (the good-guy robots), Gipsy Danger and Crimson Typhoon, and one kaiju (the bad-guy monsters), Knifehead. Take a look!
Pretty dang sweet, right? Would you maybe like to win yourself a complete set? We knew you would. To do that, just enter our contest, then go to our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages to get extra entries for yourself. You’ve only got until June 24th to enter, though, so don’t wait. The kaiju of time cannot be beaten by the jaeger of procrastination. Confucius said that.
