I loved the real talk and the ankle story
Great episode; I was a fan of Adam’s already but after listening his awesomeness increased by 1000%.
I had to bail about halfway through during the chat about death since that subject fills me with anxiety but I came back after a bit and then cried laughing at the ankle story.
This was a perfect podcast.
I made a light hearted joke to a friend of mine involving her mom. Only then did I remember that her mother had been shot and killed a few years ago…

Before downloading, I was expecting Adam would throw this show off the rails. I’m surprised at how insightful and touching this episode actually turned out.
This is one of my very favourite episodes so far. I was already a fan of Adam’s before, but even more so now. He was funny, smart, willing to make it very weird, and so touching. The “yes and” between him and Pete was just perfect. Pete, you are the very best. Thank you for this wonderful wonderful thing you do. Also, that ankle story is one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. I laughed like a maniac while walking home and I don’t even care.

Got so many weird looks on the bus listening to this because I was laughing so hard at the ankle story! Love Adam on Happy Endings and this episode was amah-zing!
