See the Nerdist Podcast Live in Anaheim and Grand Rapids!

The Nerdist Podcast is hitting the road again, and tickets for two shows have gone on sale as of this very day, so if you’re in Southern California or Grand Rapids, it’s time to get in on this.

The details:

fountainstreetchurch2013First, Chris, Jonah, and Matt are heading to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where they’ll appear on Friday, March 15th at Fountain Street Church. Yes, they’re playing a church, but it’s a church where performers have included Frank Zappa, the Grateful Dead, and the MC5. And now the Nerdist Podcast will be kicking out the jams for an 8 pm show as part of the Gilda’s Laughfest comedy festival. Tickets are $27.50 and $22.50 plus fees, and you can get ‘em through Ticketmaster by clicking right here.

anaheimgrovecrop2013Then, on Friday, March 29th, during Wondercon, the intrepid podcasting trio will be venturing far, far from their natural habitat to uncharted territory, that wilderness that Angelenos call “Orange County” or “Everything South of the 10 Freeway.” (I live south of the 10 and I get that “oh, isn’t that Orange County” thing all the time and, no, I don’t live in Orange County. And nobody really called it “The O.C.” until the show came on the air) Anyway, I kid because I tolerate. Orange County is a fine place, as is the City National Grove of Anaheim, which locals know is right next to Angels Stadium at Katella and State College, a short ride from Disneyland and a straight show east on Katella from the Anaheim Convention Center (where Wondercon will be), and the Nerdist Podcast Live will hit the stage on March 29th at 8 pm. Tickets are $30 and $20 plus fees, and can be obtained through Ticketmaster right this very minute by clicking here.

If you can make it to either show, you should go. If you can make it to both, that would be pretty impressive.

  • Grand Rapids is my hometown, I graduated from highschool at that church, I am there!. Will you guys be staying afterward to sign stuff?…..please say yes………oh GOD PLEASE….ok just normal please, and thank you.

  • I SO wish I could afford to be at this ESPECIALLY how CLOSE it is and Gilda is my favorite of all time. I hope I get to hear it on one or other of the participants attending.

  • Already got my tickets to see you gents in Grand Rapids, and cannot WAIT! Also highly anticipated is Garfunkel and Oates at The Pyramid Scheme. My podcast partner and I would love to take you fellas bowling while you’re in GR, if you have the time. Be good, Nerds!

  • I was recently day dreaming that it would be awesome if the Nerdist podcast came to Grand Rapids for Laugh Fest. AND THEN HOLY FUCKING SHIT IT IS HAPPENING. TICKET PURCHASED. I CAN;T CONTROL THE VOLUME OF MY THOUGHTS. I WILL BE TALKING LIKE THIS FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE OF HOW ENTHUSIASTIC I AM ABOUT SEEING YOU GUYS LIVE. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH.

  • Ordered my tickets for the Anaheim show! Even though I’ve lived in Southern California my whole life, I have not been to many live performances of anything so I am very glad you guys are stopping by an area I am more familiar with in SoCal.

  • I am going alone. I live in Washington, but grew up in MI and will be visiting family there. However, I don’t know if I’ll have anyone to come with me, so I’m buy my ticket and flying solo. I hope you guys will all shower me with nerdlove!

    Also, why isn’t ticketmaster working?
