The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos This Week 9/11

by on September 11, 2012

I know that “Gangnam Style” is a thing purely because I see talk show hosts do it and parodies being cranked out left and right on YouTube, but I’m not going to investigate what it is any further. There are too many Internet memes/trends to keep up with when there’s plenty of intentionally funny stuff to watch online. Also, I hate K-pop. Either way, The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos This Week is here to make it seem like you’re not crazy watching a mutation of the Macarena on another continent.

1. Comedy Central’s upcoming stand-up/sketch blended show Mash-Up hosted by TJ Miller is coming Oct. 9th and with clips like SWAT-o-Tune, we can’t wait.

2. Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure had the worst opening in the history of movies warranting an explanation from one of the characters on Conan.

3. Sandra Bernhard and Lizz Winstead do their take on Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee by doing Comedians Walking & Getting Mani-Pedis.

4. Submitted: comedian Andy Peters has made a whole quick hit web series, Hand vs. Andy, of him versus an evil hand while trying to do “everyday” things.

5. Submitted: comedian Brent Morin attempts to audition for the award winning musical Book of Mormon in his apartment that includes all the takes, even slating.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the 5 MIFV like the two above. Same rules still apply.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “5 MIFV Submission”
-Submit by the end of the upcoming Monday (which would be 9/17)
-Videos must be posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) between now 9/11 and the end of Monday 9/17
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link.
