Cookie Monster Improves Upon “Call Me Maybe”

Cookie Monster singing a “Call Me Maybe” parody? Sure.
I think I like this better than the original. No, I KNOW I do.
Nerdist was started by Chris Hardwick and has grown to be a many headed beast.

Nerdist is a place where we nerds come together and share the nerdery that we find. It's also my home to various elements of the Nerdist Empire. You might recognize me from TV. You don't realize that's where you know me from, but it is. You think you went to college with me or I look like your cousin's friend, but that is not the case. At one time or another you stumbled upon me on your moving picture box in such cerebral gems as MTV's "Singled Out" and Noam Chomsky's "Shipmates." and so much more...

Call me out of touch, but I don’t even know the original tune.
1:01 = Tardis in the background
What is that guy doing with the rubber chicken in the background?
Nah, song is still annoying.
This is good, but I still prefer Cookie Monster’s cover of Tom Waits’ “God’s Away on Business.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5X4N2exOsU
Daaaaw, adorable.
PS: Only know the original because of Howard Kremer.
This is my favorite Cookie Monster song.

(The artist is Agallah and the beat is by Alchemist)
oh em gee! BEST THING I HAVE SEEN ALL DAY!
I like the way it makes fun of the Jimmy Fallon version of the song
I agree with Peter S.; the Fallon parody just shows the details those SS folks put into things.
William, I don’t think it’s a rubber chicken but a yellow toy saxophone. As Peter pointed out, it’s a parody of the Jimmy Fallon/Roots version (with classroom instruments!).
I think a chicken would have been funnier, though.
The song’s still annoying, but I love the lyrics in this version.
