I thought “The Road” had a pretty unhappy ending. I mean, sure, the kid found another family. With a dog. And other kids. And Guy Pearce. But was there really any hope there? Nope. None whatsoever. Not to mention the fact it’s really hard to ‘gold-star finish’ with dirty, dystopian, masseuse hands. Right tho? Right tho???
