The Nerdist Channel Presents “All Star Celebrity Bowling”: The Walking Dead
by Perry Michael Simon on May 7, 2012
With experience fighting zombies, the cast of The Walking Dead should have no problem beating back a challenge by a bunch of funny people in yellow shirts, right? Ah, but THESE funny people are Team Nerdist and the challenge is the Nerdist Channel’s All Star Celebrity Bowling. Not so simple, is it?
Team Walking Dead includes Steven Yeun, Scott Wilson, Lauren Cohan, and creator Robert Kirkman, taking on Team Nerdist: Chris Hardwick, Indoor Kids Emily Gordon and Kumail Nanjiani, and Dana Gould at the Hollywood Roosevelt’s The Spare Room. No zombies among them… as far as we know, that is.

I’m glad RK is having so much success with The Walking Dead – its awesome! He’s bounced back well after those stupid TV execs cancelled Reaper… and the less said about Sons Of Tucson the better.
Peace.
Thank you for making Mondays awesome! ASB is a ray of sun shine on a day of back to the grind! GO Team Walking Dead! (They fight zombies!)

Still look forward to Mondays because of this so thank you!
E Rich, I think you are mistaking RK for Tyler Labine.
Either way they are both awesome.
This was great as always, though throughout the whole thing all I could think of was Dana Gould’s disgusting joke he mentioned on YMIW
Oh…that makes me so happy
. Sorry you lost though, lol…but great game!
*sheds a lone tear*
I love Mondays & ASCB.
Surprised the skull ball didn’t make an appearance this week. Seemed appropriate to me.
@jetpackBlues is right.. no skull ball?!
Also great fun… the whole Nerdist family/hive/collective is awesome!
Another great episode! I can’t wait for the rematch.
And I’ll just leave this here for anyone who might be interested:

Want insane audience numbers? Get Nathan Fillion and the rest of the “Firefly” crew to bowl! Seriously, think about it !
So “Lauren Cohan” is what she is going with after Chuck gave her and Alexi Volkov their new identities?
@liam: confidentially, I’ve been trying to make that happen for a while…
“You’ll never be as good as your dad” cracked me up. The weirdest trash talking gets to Chris, we’ve seen. Chris has mentioned that he can’t get his dad online, but has he seen the show, and if so, does he give “constructive” criticism on technique?
@liam…YES!

Oh YES!! Make it happen !! Do keep us informed!
Love the bowling. Love the characters trying to bowl. Keep up the fun.
There was a time when I would have begged Chris Hardwick for Alison Haislip’s phone number…still might…but Lauren Cohan…wow.
Glad to be caught up on season 2 and ready for season 3!!
