The Doctor vs. Sherlock: The Musical Battle
by Kyle Anderson on March 2, 2012
Late last night (or early this morning depending on where in the world you are), the great Steven Moffat, head writer and showrunner of Doctor Who and co-creator and writer of Sherlock, tweeted this delightful fan-made mashup pitting the Eleventh Doctor and Sherlock Holmes against each other using clips from both shows underscored with the musical theatre staple, “Anything You Can Do.” It’s really funny how accurate the song is at representing each character, though exactly how Benedict Cumberbatch feels about being the Bernadette Peters of this particular duet has yet to be seen. Well done to YouTube user Liisakee for making such a cool and funny video.
