Are you interested in seeing Chris Hardwick perform a full hour of comedy for absolutely free? The answer is Yes. There is no No.
Here’s the deal: You know that Chris is taping his Comedy Central special on February 17th (free tix here). And you know he wants to perform that material in front of live audiences beforehand. The result is that he’ll be doing the material that’ll be included in the special before a live audience at Nerdist Theater at Meltdown Comics in L.A. tonight, and you can be in the audience.
How can you take advantage of this special offer?
Show up.
That’s it. First-come, first-served. No RSVPs necessary. Just come to the venue and queue up. There may not be room for everyone, so come early. The show’s at 9:30 pm Pacific, tonight (Monday, 2/6), at 7522 W. Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, California, United States of America, and if you can make it, you’ll surely have a good time and get a lot of laughs. That’s worth a lot more than free, right?

You know you’re really starting to piss me off with all the Chris-events without proper notification. One of my sorority sisters saw him with Bob Saget at the Brea Improv, a mere 15 minutes away from where I was staying this weekend. And now, I’m down in SD with Chris doing a free, live show in LA!! I’m just saying………… why not me!?!
I wish I lived in LA so bad! I might just have to take your advice and move there.
@Adri I am pretty sure there was notification posted a while ago. Also, if you listen to the podcast, he has been mentioning it there for at least the last two or three episodes.
Definitely going! I just don’t know how early I should be there. I’m assuming right now is a bit too early. Oh this nervousness of not being able to get in is consuming me!!
Go Kill ‘em, Chris. Anyone able to see your show, or at least hear it (because you are quite a radiant being and therefore hard to look at), is a lucky, lucky bastard.

That was a magnificent show and I only wish I could attend the taping of the special so as to see the (near) completed result!
