This is the full unedited audio from the segment on the Nerdist TV show (originally aired 12/24 on BBC America, probably available on iTunes now). Chris and David chat about Doctor Who, Harry Potter, The Incredible Hulk, and working shirtless. PLUS! MANY fan questions answered. He was nine kinds of awesome. You asked for him (so did I)!   1. Since I can’t watch the Nerdist show until tomorrow at the earliest (hopefully Itunes will be quick) this is a fantastic Christmas gift. It will greatly help get through the long car ride with the parents that I am taking tomorrow.

  28. This was so great! Tennant was amazing… I was nervous to listen in case he didn’t fulfill my expectations of him being awesome and charming but he is brilliantly funny and sweet. Also, Chris, you were hilarious!

  31. Did David really say John Simm was the quintessential (I can’t remember exactly what word he used, but it doesn’t matter that much for my point) Master? Over Roger Delgado or Anthony Ainley? That sounds just plain insane to me.

    Otherwise, very enjoyable. I hope we get all of the omitted material from the TV show on podcasts like this.

  37. @_@ this guy is awesome! I think everyone wins since both he and Matt Smith are both super awesome. Now I know why Chris couldn’t say to Matt Mira who was better. It’s like saying one of these people sucked ass when both were awesome as hell. I really liked the whole interview BUT I have to say that you, Chris, could have kept up with the accent until the very last Tennant quemment. Too bad the podcast doesn’t have a “bailout jingle” or something.

    Very glad to know that this guy is also a nerd. Always know there’s a few of those sprinkled on the actor “pool”. Also good to know that he has alot of the same tendencies of Wil Wheaton when it comes to fans. He doesn’t want fame (stalking) constantly and would rather not deal with it, these traits make him human (a nerd).
