I’m your nerd host, Chris Hardwick
Nerdist is a place where we nerds come together and share the nerdery that we find. It's also my home to various elements of the Nerdist Empire. You might recognize me from TV. You don't realize that's where you know me from, but it is. You think you went to college with me or I look like your cousin's friend, but that is not the case. At one time or another you stumbled upon me on your moving picture box in such cerebral gems as MTV's "Singled Out" and Noam Chomsky's "Shipmates." and so much more...

One of my favorite things about this podcast is the variety of guests. So many different stories, it’s great. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite podcasts, thanks.
Can’t wait! I love MGG.
MAN i Fucking hate Criminal Minds with a passion, but this guy is pretty fuckin’ good.
So good! I love listening to your interviews, Riki, even more so when you have guests like Matthew, whose work I love.
Keep up the great work!
What an interesting dude. I think it’s funny how some people kind of stumble toward something without realizing that’s what they’re doing the whole time.
Hi Riki:
I really like your work as an actress but i have to say… you are really good interviewing people as well… you make smart questions that dig into the personality of your guest… two thumbs up!! Regards from Caracas Venezuela.
Of the plethora of media offered by Nerdist industries I am a most faithful listener to yours and the flagship Nerdist podcast.
I really enjoyed this interview. I know Matthew was concerned about sounding “douche-y” but what I kept hearing from him is that he is so stunned and grateful for all of the experiences in his whole life, not jsut his career and it wouldn’t matter if he had chose cement mixing- this would be a happy and ebullient man. =)

I have not seen Criminal Minsd but I am now an avid fan of Matthew’s.
Riki, please bring Gube to do something with Garfunkel & Oates. I’m soo happy that he did this with you especially because the questions and answers are soo much better!! This was great to listen to!
Will you marry me, Gube? lol you are the fucking greatest, Gube.
I hope you get to be a guest star or something for Larry David. Great podcast dudes.
Great questions, great answers. Thank you for letting the guest actually TALK — so rare — kudos Riki!
Was already a fan of MGG, but now? WOW. He’s totally awesome, so much talent!! Such a great voice, too. I could listen to him talk all day. Very impressed with his authenticity and humor. Amazing!
Thank you for such a wonderful interview. More!
what a good interwiew! i’m a funny french girl! i understood just some words, cause he talks very fast! he is so crazy! so cute too!
Oh My Gube!
What a fun and fascinating guy. That was a great conversation.
Now I’m kicking myself for not going to the show at UNH. (Though I seem to remember having a scheduling conflict anyway. :-\ ) Having an entire evening of those stories must have been a blast! Here’s hoping he does more of them and comes back to the northeast so I don’t miss out again.
Love Matthew Gray Gubler, this was great
Really enjoyed this episode, Riki. MGG is always a fun actor to watch, got a kick out hearing him as the voice of Jimmy Olsen in the recent SUPERMAN ALL-STAR movie from DC.
Awesome Host and guest!!!!
This made me smile.
