Podcast mash-ups continue! And this one is a pip! Through the connective tissue of Twitters aching womb, genetic material from The Nerdist Podcast and Kevin Smith’s SModcastle were cooked up to form THE ULTIMATE POD-SPECIES.

This Wednesday, January 12th at 8pm, please join us LIVE in Los Angeles when both podcasts will produce a 2-part mega-cast that will air successively as an episode of each show.

  1. Sweet I love Kevin Smith’s movies. Havn’t listened to much of his Smodcast simply because I don’t have time but he is genuinally a funny dude.

  4. As a huge of both The Nerdist and Smodcast fan I have to admit I’m really looking forward to this. I really wish I lived in the west coast so I could attend the live show but I’ll be eagerly waiting for the recordings to go up.

  5. I am sooo bummed that I don’t live down there!! 2 of my favorite podcasts interacting with one-another? It’s like Stan Lee doing the Guardians for NHL … but better!

  9. I listen to both podcasts religiously (also Doug Loves Movies), and reading this made me pee a little. It’s a good thing I can’t make it to this show… I would pull a Paul Reubens and furiously masturbate in the audience.
