Notice that he refers to the “pact with the devil” as an accepted fact and never denies it. Instead, he talks about the benefits it has for the United States and South America.
Are you kidding, Gregory? I hope so. It’s called sarcasm. He’s being coldly sarcastic, and rightfully so. He’s using Pat Robertson’s bullshit words and throwing them back in his face. No rational, thinking person could really think his words were an admittance of a retarded “devil pact.” Look up “irony” and “subtext.”
