I am Canadian and I spent many hours in front of my TV as a teen watching The Frantics’ “Four On the Floor” tv show, which was awesome. Dan Redican of The Frantics went on as a producer for the first season(s?) of KITH. So of course I -had- to watch that too.

YAY Canadian comedy. Often times either a comedian is Canadian or Jewish…somehow Seth Rogen has achieved both…
But YAY KITH! I am super excited!
We Canadians are a funny people, there’s no doubt of that. And KITH, well, that’s some of the best comedy out there. Some of my favorite (sorry, I’m used to Americanizing my speech, I meant “favourite”) comedy lines come from some of Buddy Cole’s monologues.
That trailer was great! I freaked out at first because I didn’t see hide nor hair of Kevin McDonald or Dave Foley in the footage… having a KITH without them is like watching Van Halen with that guy from Extreme. But IMDB says there in the show, so I breathe easier and look forward to seeing in some fashion.
Hopefully, Comedy Central will get a crack at airing it here in the States.

Actually The Cryptik 1, it’s now properly said as “The People’s Republic of Canuckistan”.

I waffled back and forth on whether or not to write “Canadia” because I KNEW someone would be like, “Uh…it’s CANADA.”
YES. I KNOW. IT IS A SNARKY JOKE. I purposely over-used “Canadian” and made “Canadia” the third in the series. Plus, I have always referred to Canada as “Canadia” because it sounds funny to me.
While the Internet is full of people eager to point out mistakes, please let me join those ranks by pointing at The Cryptik 1 and saying, “huh-DOI!”
