This is BJ DeLoraverell, 4th Place winner in the 2009 World Beard and Mustache championships, and I recognize that stage. It is the Groundlings theatre in Los Angeles and is most certainly not a beard competition from 1991.

I am shocked and at a loss for words right now, which is nearly impossible to do with me. I can grow some magical facial hair, but that really impresses me. I think I might be able to grow my pubic hair out like that, then it would be a caged beast, but facial hair, not really. It would make it hard for me to play Tuba while masturbating, which is my favorite past time.

Great video though. I do agree with a post up above, it does look a little fake, but I have no reason to really care, it still looks AWESOME!
