Let’s be serious folks. This is a crucial and necessary medical procedure that is diagnostic in nature to determine if you are beginning to develop sysmptoms of possible BPH (Begnign Prostate Hypertrophy) or the beginnings of prostate cancer. Failure to have this test could lead to your early death. Of course I guess for some people death is preferable to having a stranger stick his finger up your butt. Then you wont have to worry about ever having anything stuck up your butt. This still does not take away from the fact that the picture is funny as hell!
