Sweet tweet!!! Can’t wait! Wishing you were closer to NYC or Boston, but Philly was one of my second homes once so I guess I can deal. I’ve been craving cheesesteak for awhile as well. Kill two birds with one stone…or something like that. Cheers to having a fall tour, looking forward to perhaps saying hi during the tweet-up! Btw, I’m so bringing my laughy lips.

Oh snap. What do I want to see more in October… Paramore or Chris? Shit… well I already paid for Paramore… so he’s hoping I can afford Chris.

(P.S. Sadly… I’m dead serious.)

Katrina August 18, 2009 at 10:10 pm

looks like I’m driving from Seattle to Portland. At least there’s one in the Pacific NW, so I am happy =)

Tyler August 18, 2009 at 10:11 pm

NO BOSTON?????!!!!!!!?????
CAP LOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lisa G August 18, 2009 at 11:19 pm

*sigh* New York City is such a small, isolated town. No one cool ever comes here.

Man i wish i had a way to chicago….i’ll find one somehow.

NeuroMan42 August 18, 2009 at 11:37 pm

What!!! No Sarasota, or at least Tampa. I feel dirty and unloved.

SolidSnake August 18, 2009 at 9:52 pm

Count me in! See you in Denver Chris!

MidLifeMama August 19, 2009 at 6:02 am

Tragically, the closest you seem to get to Boston is Philly. And as cute as you are, I will not go to Philly for you.

Sara August 19, 2009 at 7:40 am

But…but…both your Kansas shows are students only! This panda is sad.

None in Seattle? *CRIES!*

But Seattle is so awesome!

Damn you Portland! *shakes fist*

Langl August 19, 2009 at 8:58 am

Awww… Austin dissed again. Oh well, have a great tour… maybe I’ll see you at the next SXSW.

India August 19, 2009 at 9:07 am

Yay! Atlanta! Thanks for starting here. I’ll be there!

Charlie August 19, 2009 at 10:55 am

Agh! Students only? damn. o well. Hey, this might mean a full album soon hmmm???

himynameisnick August 19, 2009 at 2:45 pm

you could have at least smiled in the picture for the tour. lol

Lorie Doty August 19, 2009 at 2:57 pm

Boo freakin hoo. True fans will drive, even if your show is on Mars. We’ll be at the Chicago show. Five hours away. With a smile on.

Ian August 19, 2009 at 4:51 pm

Your Philadelphia date is the same day as Patton Oswalt in Red Bank, NJ. Why not just drive over there and open for him? I’m sure he won’t mind…

Ok, see you there.

Victor August 20, 2009 at 7:50 am

Hey chris you’ve got to be one of the funniest guys on tv. the daily show would love a ratings boost by you. Anyway i just think its too bad that Daniel Tosh steals all the videos on your show. you are a lot funnier than him.

Deltus August 20, 2009 at 10:47 am

Damn, if you can put on something in Toronto, or frankly anywhere in southern Ontario, I’d be on it like the stench of failure on Kevin Federline.

Ian August 21, 2009 at 6:55 am

Come on!! Canada needs some Nerdist-love! Come to Toronto and convince some of your awesome colleagues to come too. We need more funny.

jess huntley August 21, 2009 at 7:57 am

Chris –
No Memphis?
Really?
we don’t have a comedy club, per se, but they do book comedy shows at this place called Minglewood Hall.
You should try to get here sometime.
it would be awesome!

ultimatenerd22 August 21, 2009 at 10:43 am

damn, only if you had one where i live.

shobha k August 21, 2009 at 5:26 pm

Well,
nice videos to see here

Brizon August 21, 2009 at 7:16 pm

Why is your show for ages 18 and up? I’m 14 so it sucks for me. But my arguement is that even if it’s for content in the show, people younger than I can get in to see films with worse content.

Chris Hardwick August 21, 2009 at 9:33 pm

Brizon: Agreed on the content. I swore like a Deadwood prostitute when I was 14 and that was PRE-Internet. I believe the venues set the age restrictions. That one’s unfortunately outta my hands!

Everyone else: If this Fall tour goes well (i.e., if peeps fills the seats), I’ll be able to hit all of the above-mentioned cities! If not, let’s back away slowly and never speak of it again…

Michael LaMere (The Fish) August 22, 2009 at 7:00 pm

Okay well that photo of you with the Tweets Tour thing is really bad. You look strange. I am not sure how to put it, but I just wanted to say you look like you’ve been locked in an asylum for about six years. If that is the look you are going for with your comedy tour, then it’s fucking brilliant, otherwise you look glazed over. Just a thought. Keep up the cool work.

Michael

Chris Hardwick August 22, 2009 at 9:36 pm

Well, LaMere, thanks for your…uh…constructive?…comment about the pic. The picture makes more sense if you see all of it:

Thanks!

What is up with “student only”? I would drive an hour to one of the Kansas shows but I’m not planning on enrolling in classes to do so. There actually is a comedy club in Wichita and they don’t exactly have a lot of big names showing up there, I’m sure they’d love to have you.

Jandi August 24, 2009 at 9:04 pm

So, is there a reason you are neglecting all of us in Salt Lake City? Even Joel finally managed to get his butt out here. I mean, really, Denver but no SLC? It’s just as pretty here with only a slightly higher chance of discussing Jesus.

brodie August 25, 2009 at 6:01 pm

(*rubs hands evilly) the husband and sons have no clue that momma suffers G4 with them to check out the sweet & handsome nerdboys (or maybe they do – when chris and kev ATOS together, my pants feel funny like when we climbed the rope in gym class)
but i digress – wish we could all come and fill a seat for ya!

Amy August 26, 2009 at 8:52 am

I second the SLC vote above!! Marcus lives here so we do have a few decent comediams but both the Hub and I would love to see you. I love when you review phones on G4. Good luck with the tour and I really hope to catch the next one!

Michael LaMere (The Fish) August 28, 2009 at 6:06 am

Yes it does. Just the face though is a little sad clown face looking. The whole photo does make MUCH more sense. Thanks for clearing that up. A little part of me though you suffered from a stroke or something and you just hadn’t realized it yet.

It’s a great picture with the tweaking of the nipple. Nice Tweets! I get it now. I felt like a jerk for saying what I did, but only for a few seconds then I was over it.

Great job as always.

Michael

Jeff Chen August 30, 2009 at 3:16 pm

Chris, amazing show last night @ the Laughing Skull. I was the college student in the front row.

Have you ever thought about doing a televised special or a comedic album?

Shanna August 31, 2009 at 4:46 am

Chris, my math teacher husband & I had an absolutely fantastic time at your 8 pm Saturday night show @ the Laughing Skull. Thanks for blessing our nerd baby!

mattcat710 October 5, 2009 at 9:06 am

For the “student only” show in Pitt, Kansas do you have to be a student in Pitt? and how much does it cost?
